Research
We partnered with the U.S. Armed Forces to design and launch a transformation campaign that reached hundreds of thousands of personnel. To do it right, we started by listening—spending over 100 hours interviewing service members and studying engagement habits across branches to engage each group in a way that made sense to them.
Persona mapping
We helped Amedisys design an engagement strategy for a major shift in how their teams worked—using persona mapping to guide a gradual transformation supported by a complex, customized learning experience.
Community
We work with Microsoft to support a large community of early in career employees and help them navigate their new roles and better understand where they fit in the ecosystem.
Content
ServiceNow needed to make a fast but monumental shift in how the whole company operated. Carpool helped create resources and assets that made the transition fun, interesting, and meaningful.
Infrastructure
After we helped introduce a new way of working, we helped SoCal Edison visualize how this evolved environment could unlock additional avenues of productivity and utility.
